Planning your party and what we offer

Each event here is unique and tailored to you, our function room upstairs holds 110 people and comes with private access to our large terrace.

​

You get to choose every aspect of your party and every bit is priced individually for complete clarity and no hidden costs.

 

You can have the room for an intimate tea party or an outrageous Gatsby style party with popcorn machines, photo booth, personal chefs and fire breathers!

Please note we can not host 18th Birthdays

Just a rough idea on numbers will do. it helps us work out which part of the venue will suit you the most you can always change this later

Once you fill out the enquiry form above Maddie, our Entertainments Manager, will send you an email which contains all of the options and pricing, after you have chosen a date you will be asked to pay a deposit.

​

Your deposit secures the date and also acts as a security deposit in the unlikely event there is excessive cleaning, damage to our bar or our staff! Once this is received you can start inviting all of your friends...

​

You will be required to pay the full balance 3 weeks before your event but don’t worry we will send you a gentle reminder.

 

Should you wish to cancel your function, you can do so up until one month before the party date.

If we receive notice after the cancellation period, we will not be able to return your deposit.

With the hire fee you get

  • The best bar staff this side of Singapore 

  • Private hire 7pm-Midnight

  • Security staff personally trained by Mr Motivator (probably)

  • Roof terrace with stunning views of Portland Road, closes at 11pm due to licensing

  • Access to our sound system

The room is party ready as it is, however, if you do want to decorate, please use the hooks provided & do not tape/staple items to the wall, windows, ceiling or bar staff! Glitter balloons & table confetti are great but we are still finding pieces from Sally’s hen party back in 2003 so are, sadly, not permitted. Remember, if we feel the need to redecorate because of any of the above we may be unable to return your deposit.

 

GDPR – We will hold your information in accordance with GDPR guidelines and may email you regarding your booking in future. We will never pass your details onto any third party.
